PEATT ROAD
Parametric Properties has secured purchase agreements for six pre-sale units with The Scene at Langford Development Ltd., located on Peatt Road. This development, currently in the early stages of demolition, is set to feature a modern steel and concrete high-rise with an expected completion date in 2025. The anticipated closing date for all six units is April 2025.
WHIRLAWAY CRESCENT
Parametric Properties has finalized agreements for three pre-sale units with McCallum Developments Inc. at the Whirlaway Crescent development. This wood frame building is currently under construction.
